Join me for a virtual event where we will be focusing on two things:
- Letting go of all the negative emotions, disappointments, struggles and "crud" of 2021.
- Creating and envisioning a plan for 2022 that is not dependent on the outside - that is focused on what you want to create, and is in alignment with your vision, your intention and your purpose.
The workshop is based on mindfulness practices as well as practice planning exercises. All you need to bring your commitment and "learn-it-all" attitude.
